Installation and delivery

Standard installation is included

The purchase price shown on each product page includes the equipment and standard installation. Prices are in Canadian dollars, with HST added at checkout.

Our team reviews the equipment, installation address and site requirements with you. If additional work is needed, we quote it and get your approval before proceeding.

Old-equipment removal

Removal of your old equipment is included. If we are replacing a rented water heater, we also handle its return to the previous provider. Any cancellation, buyout or other charges from your previous provider remain your responsibility.

Scheduling your installation

The preferred date and time window you enter with your order is a request. Our staff contacts you to confirm your installation details and appointment.

Same-day service is available where possible and is subject to availability. We confirm the appointment with you before installation.

We serve Southern Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Kitchener-Waterloo and London. Contact us to discuss your installation address and the work you need.

Support after installation

Your purchase includes one year of workmanship and installation labour coverage, the applicable manufacturer warranty, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days after installation, we will arrange removal at our expense and refund your purchase.
