30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be comfortable with your new system. If you are not satisfied within 30 days after installation, contact Comfort Next. We will arrange removal at our expense and refund your purchase.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order before installation, contact us with your order number. Our team will review the order status and help you with the next step.

Equipment and installation concerns

Contact us if you have a concern with the equipment or installation. Purchases include one year of workmanship and installation labour coverage, plus the applicable manufacturer warranty. See our warranty and common questions for more information.
