Shopping with Comfort Next

Comfort Next Home Services supplies and installs home comfort equipment. These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The displayed purchase price includes the equipment and standard installation; HST is added at checkout. Select the model and size you want before placing your order.

Our team reviews your equipment choice, installation address and installation requirements with you. If additional work is needed, we quote it for your approval before proceeding. We contact you if the equipment, order or price needs to change so you can review and agree to the revised details.

Appointments and installation

Any preferred installation date or time window submitted with an order is a request. Our staff confirms the appointment with you. Same-day service is available where possible, subject to availability.

Standard installation and old-equipment removal are included. We also handle the return of a rented water heater when replacing it. Charges from your previous provider, including cancellation or buyout charges, remain your responsibility. Read our installation and delivery policy for more information.

Satisfaction and warranty

Purchases include one year of workmanship and installation labour coverage, together with the applicable manufacturer warranty. If you are not satisfied within 30 days after installation, contact us. We will arrange removal at our expense and refund your purchase.
